How do significant life events or the passage of time influence your perspective on life?
Significant life events!! Well, if they weren’t significant they wouldn’t change anything, let alone my perspective.
I had a real bad time in my 20’s. Shocking in fact. Some of these issues have taken years for me to deal with. Well, i say deal with, i have vented my anger and PTSD into writing.
Much of the Dookie: A Courful life novel (Dookie 1), for instance, is somewhat based on a lot of my experiences. From the loss of my military career, my stolen son and my dark soul searching for a light in the pitch black.
Sure, my perspective has changed since going through these traumas. But, i now look to use my writing’s to entertain others as i destress from listening to the news of the time.
