I’m happy to explain how Dookie and too, his pals, The Fatboys’ budget for their daily rations and also their bullet counts.
The crew of Fatboys, on an average day (i.e. not out on adventure/in battle) work to similar food budgets these days, as it helps the cooks at the Sheriff Department canteen manage their workloads.
The guys in general aim to consume between 6,000 and 10,000 calories per day. 10k on training days and just 6k on rest or office days.
They start each day with a post dump protein snack and coffee. Either a drink, bar or steak. In Dookie’s case, he will normally dump again, then reconsume another steak etc, just to ensure he isn’t missing out
Once dressed they head to the Sheriffs offices where they meet up in the canteen for breakfast: 6 eggs, 4 bacon, 4 sausage, toast/wrap or roll. 2 x coffee’s.
Off to the office: 1-3 donuts plus another coffee.
Elevensies: Flapjack and coffee.
Noon workout at the gym followed by protein shakes, another dump, a steak or two on heavier days.
Post lift lunch: chicken breast with side salad (scrapped into the bin), pint of full fat milk, 1 coffee.
Afternoon munchies: beef jerky, coffee.
Dinner: mixed grill, large.
Evening snack: cheese cake and a protein shake.
Pre bed dump.
Living to this diet has been difficult for the guys, but the cooks appreciate their cut backs.
Bullet budgets:
As Marine Warriors they were taught the mantra; 1 shot, 1 kill. However, they now figure, 42 shot per body. On average they kill about 300 per battle. So thats 12,600 rounds per day of battle.
