What brings you peace?
Not sure if they spelled the question right to be honest. Do we think they meant ‘piece’ or ‘peace’??
The first one would be straight forward! Waitress, friend, the mrs, etc. I mean, if you’re gonna ask for a piece of that cake or what not, some f^ckers gotta bring it over right? Lol.
Now peace on the other hand…

Or

a state or period in which there is no war or a war has ended.
Either way we’re f^cked right!!
I haven’t known anything resembling freedom in any form as an adult, so no peace there for me. And lets be honest, with every turn of night to day we lose more freedoms.
As for the 2nd description of this mythical peace, i don’t believe man has ever not been at war.
However, lets think about the little wins. The small moments of pleasure life still allows us eh! A good thick juicey slider early in the morning, a plate of steak for dinner and of course, a great book that toys with your inner beast and makes you laugh when the prim and proper you thinks your better than that.
