A weekend quickie then.
- Take one large cow
- Shoot with one bolt to its head
- Butcher and hang the meat in a cold room.
- Carve out one 20oz ribeye steak
- Allow the steak to warm to room temp.
- Season with sea salt and a little peper
- Light a bbq, allow the flames from coals or wood to burn down and heat the sorce.
- Slap that beast of a steak on the grill.
- Cook to ones prefered palate.
- Rest the meat.
- Slap on a plate a devour.
