What does it mean to be a kid at heart?

Before i get into this though, lets meet Herbert eh.
Herbert is a goat! He’s a character in the Dookie novels and plays a lead role in comic 1 (Dookie vs the demon goat). Herbert can of course speak. Although he’s a goat so…

I’s remember my old goat mother licking me and tellings my should rolls in the wet grass! Bleeep!! F^cks thats boss. I hates it then and i hates it now! So i’s don’t do it. Err what you asks me again? Is you gona eat that can or can myz have it?? “
O.K. guys we’ve lost Herbert and got nowhere! Sorry i couldn’t help with the being a kid thing. I guess i’m just too much of a grown up to understand childish stuff.
