What’s a fear you’ve overcome — and how did you do it?
Well if i’m honest, i’ve overcome a few fears and i’m still working on some.
But hey, lets not spend any time discussing how i’ve gotten over my fears of being too awesome and what not. Lets delve into something with some meat on it eh!!
A biggy for me has been my gut issues that had also teamed up with joint pain and tiredness over the past 5 years or so. Is it cancer? Is this gonna be my life now? Etc.
It started to scare me. However, i manned the f*ck up and started changing my diet cuz i figure, we are what we eat. After cutting more and more foods, i ended up basically just eating meat. Then i found out about the carnivore world! Most of my gut issues became 90% better, my weight dropped and my joints felt so much better. Job done right? No!
After nearly 2 years on carnivore (i’m about 90% carnivore) i felt great, but if i do eat something different i really do still suffer. I also found out my mum had celiac disease, so off i trotted to the quacks.
I’m now forcing myself to eat sh*t foods with gluten in them until july 6th, when i will finally have blood tests! 7 weeks in total!! Needless to say i feel like crap, but i’m facing that fear and torture of swollen joints, crapping every 2 mins and generally being tired as hell all the time, so i can know for sure what my problems are.
Face it. Fix it. Live strong.
No matter what, come july 7th i’ll be back to carnivore and striving for that 100% commitment.
On the lighter side, i was always scared of telling people that weren’t nice, that they weren’t nice. I over came that fear by writing the Dookie novels! Now its out there, i feel free!!! I now tell f*ck heads all the time that they are indeed f*ck heads! Its been so nice. Like a wait lifted you know.

Here’s a recent review of the books:
I seriously recommend these, they’re brilliantly funny, extremely clever and definitely not for the faint hearted (or snowflakes lol)…
Tony you’re a bloody genius 🤣
