If you could go back and witness any historical event, which one would you pick?
Well i guess there are loads to choose from, but i’ll pick this one as it fits todays narative for sure:
The Peasants’ Revolt of 1381
Due to heavy taxes and a huge divide in social equality after the black death, the workers wanted better pay etc. The a** hats in the government said ooooh no, froze wages and put their taxes up. (Sound familiar)
The good working people finally took to the streets of london and went a bit berzerk, burning palaces and flat lining a few government folk.
In the end the king got involved, lied his little a** off to calm everyone down, then hunted the leaders down and whacked em! F*cking inbred toffs eh!
I’d love to have witnessed this! With Dookie by my side of course!!! I don’t think he’d have stood for all that. He’d have ripped the sh*t out of all that stood in his way as he brought about an honest wage for an honest job that paid enough to keep their family safe and fed.
Although, i don’t think its too different to the situation we find ourselves in presently. Our current overlords and super powerful corporations are bloating prices and taxing us to within an inch of existance right now for sure. So what happens next?
My money is ww3! That way we wont be able to stand against them. They’ll deflect for another generation.
But hey ho, don’t stress, get a little drink on, smash a burger into your face and jump into a Dookie novel!!!
