What’s a time you followed your gut and it turned out to be exactly right?
These days i always follow my keg of a gut. It serves me well enough. I learned the hard way not to trust others in this narcissistic world.
When my first book got traditionally published by a real publisher my gut pushed me forward to turn my story into a full on series. Here i am just 3 years after Dookie: A colourful life was launched at Volcano theatre, swansea, U.K., and my publishers and i are getting set for another night of crazy fun launching DOOKIE 5: UNCIVIL WAR!
Although its very difficult to get people give reviews online for some reason, i do get to meet some of my readers at different events i attend. I have yet to get anyone say they didn’t enjoy!!
So, i guess i followed my gut this far and its done me ‘Dookie’ proud. It pushes me forward on to book 6 (that i’m working on now) as we await comic no3 later this year, i am also sitting down to write my first screenplay!!!
I Really hope you’ve read and enjoyed some of my work, even if its just this blog.
