What’s the best way to deal with negative thoughts?
This is something i deal with a lot! I get a moment of quiet and sometimes the darkness feeds in like a tidal wave.
I usually lift weights a few times a week to keep that beastful darkness pushed back by the light of a much more fun me.
I then control it! I have named my darkness too. ‘The Commandos’!! In my writing life i surmise that my Dookie character was created by these commandos and as i begin to type i allow them to take over my fronral cortex. In reality, i use my Dookie creations as a means of relaxation and ‘demon expulsion’.
But hey, smacking the sh*t out of a punch works too!
My Dookie likes to hit the gym or shoot some guns to chill out, but he’s only ever truely ‘in the light’ when he’s crushing his fist into some a** lickers face or ripping a bum dwelling demon into the path of his million candle flash light or the barrel of his m16!
