What’s a song lyric that has stuck with you forever?
Well i’m a bit of a metal head really. I love Metallica, Falling in Reverse, Linkin Park, Danzig, Parkway Drive, 3 days grace, Rob Zombie, etc.
So, there are quite a few lyrics and songs that have stuck with me pretty much from the first time i heard them. So i’ll throw a few out for ya.

So, no1 has stayed with me since i was about 13!! Just love the song and the band. Its deep and yells the message at you in typical old school Metallica fashion.
No2, i guess i first heard this song about 2010. My nephew had the cd. I promptly went out and got one too and have been with the band ever since.
No3, its a new song for our time right now i think. It hits home in a very real way and is a truth about the world thats crumbling to sh*t as far as i can tell.
Clearly i like music with a message. Someone that puts a real opinion etc out in this manner deserves to be heard. I can’t stand all the namby pamby pop ‘culture’ crappy songs about love me, love you, love us, blah blah boring blah all sung by some diva prancing around in her knickers! Metallica have been going very well for half a century and to my knowledge, they’ve always kept their clothes on whilst performing!!!
Dookie keeps his kit on, but he does soil himself from time to time!!!
